Cut the small cubes from mutton pieces. Wash with water properly.Now in large jar grind mutton pieces till mince(in 3 to 4 batches)

In a grinder grind ginger garlic and chillies.

Now in mutton mince add prepared ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves and sal.

Mix well throughly. Make round size koftas from it.

In a non-stick kadai arrange koftas on it and cook with covered lid at medium flame until all moisture dries. (You can have it deep fry,shallow fry or just as it is,as this are the healthier version)
