Ingredients

1hour 20 min
5 servings
  • 2 LiterMilk
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1 cupkhoya
  • 1 cupchopped almonds
  • 2 tbspAlmond powder
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2-3zafran strings
  • Silver paper for garnish

Steps

1hour 20 min
  1. 1

    Boil milk then add sugar and cover it for about 1 hour to become half

  2. 2

    Then add suji. Zafran. Almond powder. Chopped almonds

  3. 3

    Cook for sometime when it become thick add khoya mix well and dish out.

  4. 4

    Decorate with almonds or coloured khopra
