Ingredients

  1. 2 LiterMilk
  2. 1 cupsuji
  3. 1 cupkhoya
  4. 1 cupchopped almonds
  5. 2 tbspAlmond powder
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 2-3zafran strings
  8. Silver paper for garnish

Steps

1hour 20 min
  1. 1

    Boil milk then add sugar and cover it for about 1 hour to become half

  2. 2

    Then add suji. Zafran. Almond powder. Chopped almonds

  3. 3

    Cook for sometime when it become thick add khoya mix well and dish out.

  4. 4

    Decorate with almonds or coloured khopra
