2 sliceSliced bread (12 slice cut / standard US sliced bread thickness)
2 sliceHam
1 sliceCheese
1Butter
1Ketchup

Sandwich the ham and cheese between two slices of bread. (If using bread from a 6 slice loaf, thinly slice one piece into two.)

Warm some butter in a frying pan and cook both sides of the sandwich until crispy. Enjoy!
