    Fry one tortilla in oil and set aside.

    Fry the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and 1 jaral chile in oil.

    Add 2 cups (about 1/2 liter) of chicken broth, 2 cups (about 1/2 liter) of water, and the fried tortilla. Bring to a boil.

    Blend the mixture and pour it back into hot oil, season with salt and pepper, and let it cook.

    Cut the remaining tortillas into strips and fry them in an air fryer to reduce oil, or fry them in oil. (Do the same with the other jaral chile).
