Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsThinly cut pork (your choice of cut such as thigh or belly)
  2. 1 dash○Salt and pepper
  3. 2 clove○Garlic (thinly sliced)
  4. 11/2-2 tablespoons ○Soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp○Vegetable oil (to mix in)
  6. 1 tbspVegetable oil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the pork into desired sizes, place in a bowl, and season with sat and pepper. Next, add the soy sauce and garlic and rub everything in well.

  2. 2

    Stir the pork in the vegetable oil marked ○ just before stir-frying. This will help the pieces of pork separate easily.

  3. 3

    Heat the remaining amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. If you have the energy, fry up any accessible slices of garlic.

  4. 4

    Finally, fry up the pork. Then you're finished!

  5. 5

    By the way, the green vegetable in the picture is Chinese water spinach. I fried it in the same pan right after the frying the meat.
