Let Cream Cheese come to room temperature for easy blending.

Drain crab meat well. Add to cream cheese, along with chopped onion and garlic. Blend together.

Add a rounded spoonful of crab mixture to the center of the wonton wrap. Fold over into a triangle and seal the edges with some warm water on your finger tips. Continue until all mixture or wonton wraps are used.

Deep fry in oil for a few minutes each until golden brown. Dip in Sweet & Sour sauce.
