Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonsinstant coffee
  • 2 tablespoonssugar (brown or white, or omit if preferred)
  • 2 tablespoonswater
  • 1small glass cold milk
  • Ice cubes (optional)

  1. 1

    Add ice cubes and cold milk to a glass.

  2. 2

    In another glass, use a hand mixer to whip together the sugar, instant coffee, and water until it becomes frothy.

  3. 3

    Spoon the coffee foam over the milk. Let it sit to blend, or stir if you prefer. Enjoy!
