Mix all ingredients together. Use Lil bit of water slowly causes urad daal flour will be clumsy if you used more water.

Make a dough. Keep aside for resting at least 10 minutes. Then divided them properly.

Roll them, fried them with Lil bit oil.

At the end served them curd & mango pickle.
