The first step is to take a pan and add oil. As the oil heats, first put ginger-garlic paste, muttor and carrot and add some salt to cook them. Let the veggies cook for 5-7 mins and add spring onion.

Now, add green stem of spring onion and remaining salt to cook veggies. Pour water and coriander leaves and cook the mixture for 5-6 minutes.

The next step is to add cornflour or made with water and mix both well to form a thick paste. Then turn off the gas and let the vegetable stock cool down.

The next step is to sieve the vegetable stock. Now, add butter and pour the vegetable liquid stock and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Add pepper powder to make soup tasty.

Then add fresh lemon juice and cornflour slurry and mix all the ingredients well in the soup. Serve hot soup with fresh coriander leaves and stem.
