Clean n wash the cauliflower in warm water then great it rub lil salt n leave it for 15 mins.

Meanwhile make paste of onion, garlic, tomato, n ginger.

Now squeeze all the extra water from cauliflower n add 1 chopped onion, green chillies, n green coriander, now add 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, red chilli powder,salt n 1/2 cup besan mix everything properly n make balls of the mixture.

Now heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai n fry these balls till golden brown.

Now in other pan add 2 tbsp of oil n heat n add whole spices stir well n add the grinded paste mix well add turmeric, red chilli,coriander, cumin n garam masala powder in it, let it cook for 8 to 10 mins.

Now add 2 cups of water mix n cover for another 5 to 8 mins now add the cauliflower balls in it,garnish with green coriander n close the gas.

Delicious koftas aur ready to serve with chapati, paratha or rice.
