Steps

Take yeast n sugar in bowl. Add lukewarm water.

Mix well n cover it. Keep aside to rise for 10 mins.

Now sieve wheat flour, maida n salt. Now add yeast n sugar water.

Mix it and knead soft dough. Knead it for 10 mins till it gets smooth texture.

Cover it n keep it to ferment for 1 - 2 hrs. (depends on weather)

Now dough will b double the size. Grease your hands n punch the dough.

Now take olive oil n crushed garlic n salt. Mix it with dough. Knead again for 5-7 mins

Now grease baking tin. Transfer n arrange dough in it. Then tuck the dough with your fingers.

Apply garlic oil all over the tucked dough. Sprinkle chilli flakes n oregano all over

Cover n keep it for 10 mins for second proofing.

Preheat oven at 200 ° C for 10 mins.

Now apply milkwash over the dough n bake it for 35-40 mins.

When done take out and apply butter. Then cover it with damp cloth for 30 mins.

Your soft n delicious pull apart garlic bread is ready.

Serve hot with tomato concassse.
