Bite Sized Black Pepper, Bacon and Mayonnaise Rolls

I made this bread for my bread-loving mother in law. She's requested it so many times, and even my neighbors say this bread is the best and give it rave reviews.
In step 6, be sure to pinch the seam tightly closed.
The dough will stick when you snip the tops of the rolls, but when you bake it, it will separate and the cut will open up nicely anyway. When cutting the dough with scissors, cut all the way into the inside where the bacon is. Recipe by Yuuchinako

Steps
- 1
Put all the ingredients except for the ones marked * in a bread machine and start the "dough" program.
- 2
When the dough is done, divide it into 12 pieces, deflate, and let rest for 10 minutes.
- 3
When the dough has rested, flatten them into a circle, and put the 1/2 a slice of bacon and some mayonnaise on top.
- 4
Start folding the dough, following the photos. Like this.
- 5
Then this.
- 6
And this.
- 7
Line the rolls up on a parchment paper lined baking tray, and leave for the 2nd rising for 40 minutes at 40°C.
- 8
When the rolls have risen, preheat the oven to 200°C. They'll be baked for 13 minutes). In the meantime, snip the tops as shown all the way down to the bacon level.
- 9
Let's finish these up! Put some mayonnaise in the cut tops, and sprinkle on some dried parsley. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 13 minutes and they're done! Great job.
