Methi paratha
Steps

Roughly chopped methi leaves. Than wash it in seive

Take one big vessel add methi leaves, coriander leaves and ginger-garlic and green chilli paste

Than add wheat flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, carrom seeds, salt and oil. Mix well

Add small small portions of water and knead dough. Than make small balls n roll chappati with the help of roller pin

Now heat the tawa on medium flame. Make rolled thepla on it. Add oil when needed. N make it till golden brown marks on thepla
- 6
Thepla is ready to serve with curd,and chutney or pickle.
