Take wheat flour and to add crushed corn kernels, onion, green chilies n coriander leaves. Add all the spices and oil for moin.

Adding water bind a semi-hard dough. Rest it for 15 minutes. Take some portion n roll it, thick.

Cut round with a round cookie cutter. Remove the excess dough.

Roll each thepla like this.

Roast them crisp from both sides by flipping them.

Keep flame on medium and roast from both sides. Serve theplas hot with chutney, curd or tomato ketchup.
