  1. Semi boiled egg
  2. 2whole wheat bread slice
  3. 1 cupblanched lettuce
  4. 2 tbspcreamy cashew butter (optional)
  5. 1 tbspcrushed peppercorns

    Neatly scramble the egg into halves, apply butter on both sides of bread and stuff the egg and layer with chopped lettuce. Toast bread on tawa/sandwich maker.Sprinkle salt and pepper for the wholesome goodness.
