  2. 1 cupbesan, chane Ka atta
  3. 2 cupsmethi leaves
  4. 1crushed ginger
  5. 2 tablespoons chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, til
  8. 2 tspcarom seeds, ajwain
  9. 2green chillies
  10. 1/4 cupyogurt
  11. 1/2 cupwater
  12. 1/2 cupghee
  13. 2 tbsp salt
  14. 2 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Wash and chop methi fenugreek leaves.

    Add all the ingredients mentioned above in one vessel to fenugreek leaves.

    Add yogurt

    Add besan and salt to this

    Add wheat flour

    Put water and little oil and knead the dough

    Make theplas and put on the frying pan

    Flip it once cooked on one side and apply ghee
