Steps

Take the Ragi, Bajra and Besan Flours on a mixing bowl. Add salt to taste.

Wash, chop / grate the veggies.

Add the veggies, the cumin and red chilli, cumin & asafoetida powders into the mixing bowl. Knead into a dough, using warm water as required.

Cover & rest the dough in the fridge for 10-15 mins.

Now take small rounds of dough, dust with dry flour of choice, flatten out on the rolling board / chakla using your palms. Shape into rounds.

Grill on a hot tava, flip and add ghee, flip again to smear ghee on both sides. Cook until golden brown and done

Serve with Raita, Pickle or Chutney of choice.
