In a pot add oil and lightly fry onions and green pepper for a little while. Then add seasoning and spices and some water as required to cook the rice, allow to boil then add up the perboiled rice, peas, carrots and spring onions and allow to simmer till cooked.

Marinate fish with spices and seasoning leave for some couple of hours,(you can check all the required spices I used to marinate fish in my previous recipe) then grill. For the sauce, add little oil then add up the excess leftover juice of marinated fish and add tomato blend and allow to cook well for a while and off the gas. Pour the juicy sauce into the grilled 🐟

We make avocado butter, scoop out the avacado pear, add lime, milk and blend, cover in air tight container (refrigerate when done)

Chop carrots and cabbage, add avocado butter, mix well
