SHALJUM GHOST Turnip meat curry

#joy Turnip meat curry is one of the favourite salan in our home..
Steps

In pot or pressure Cooker add oil.. finely cut onion rings add in hot oil & fry till golden brown colour then add ginger garlic paste then add meat add cook it till all meat water evaporates..

Then add all powder spices & finely chopped tomatoes.. cook toll oil separates add 2 cups water & cover the cooker lid & cook for 15 min..or meat tender..

Now cook on high flame with open lid till all water evaporates & oil separates...

Cut & peel turnip add in meat curry add 1 cup water & cook on medium to slow flame for 10 min till turnip tender...

Garnish with green chillies & coriander leaves..
