Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsRed kidney beans -
  2. 2 smallTomatoes-
  3. as per tasteSpices(khada masala)
  4. as requireddried fenugreek
  5. as neededGaram masala
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspHaldi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak kidney beans for 4 hours, add salt and pressure cook for 6 whistles.

    Take a pan, heat oil, add khada masala.

    Add tomato puree and red chili powder, haldi powder,garam masala, and salt.

    Add fenugreek leaves and cooked rajma.

    Cook it for 5-7 mins...add water to adjust consistency..rajma curry is ready to serve.
