Cut the veggies into small cubes.

In a pan heat oil now add crushed garlic fry until golden brown. Now add chicken and fry for 10 minutes.

Now add soya sauce, salt, Chinese salt, kali mirch powder now add veggies and fry for 5 minutes on high flame now add chicken stock.

In a 1/2 cup water add 2 tbsp cornflour and mix it well now add this into chicken and veggies and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Serve chicken chilli with fried rice of your choice.
