Ingredients

2.5 hours
  1. 9 oz (1 cup)+ 2 tbsp) warm water
  2. 3 tbsphoney
  3. 2 tbspoil
  4. 1heaping tsp salt
  5. 1 1/3 cupsrye flour
  6. 2 cupsbread flour
  7. 2 1/2 tspyeast

Steps

2.5 hours
  1. 1

    Add honey and yeast to water in a large bowl. Once there's a froth on top, add the rest of the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Knead and prove about 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Punch and prove about half an hour.

  4. 4

    Punch and prove in pan about half an hour.

  5. 5

    Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes.
