Steps
- 1
Collect all ingredients together. Bottle Gourd is watery so we don't need water but if you think it's a hard dough, you can add some water. Give rest for 3-4 hours.
- 2
Give Muthiya shape and steam it for around 30 minutes. If you like, can have steam Muthiya after pouring some gingelly oil and chutney.
- 3
We also like to have Muthiya the next day. For that, chop all Muthiya. Take a pan, preferably an iron vessel. Add oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard and sesame seeds. Let it crackle. Add Muthiya in it. Cook for some time or a little bit more time, if you like crispy. Enjoy.
