Peel and cut the Onions in thin slices. Heat up oil and fry the onions till light golden.

Add ginger garlic paste in the onions fry for minute then add chicken.

Cook chicken till changes its colour in whites to light golden.

Meanwhile soak the rice before half an hour (or according to your rice).

Now add chicken powder and salt In chicken then add water according to rice and let the water simmers.

Add soaked rice after water simmering. Add garam masala, give a good stir and give on dumm.

In a pan add purified butter (desi ghee) add carrots cook for 30 seconds then add blanched & peeled Almonds, raisins and chopped walnuts.

Cook the dry nuts tarka for more 30 seconds then pour on the rice.

Afghani chicken Pulao is ready to serve 😋 tasty & too good.
