Peel & Cut the Bottle gourd roughly in small pieces,put 1 glass water in cooker & boil pieces of bottle gourd with potatoes up to 3-4 steams.Strain out extra water

Mash and mix boiled Potatoes & bottle gourds thoroughly

Put Deshi ghee in Kadahi and heat. After that put mashed mixture in Kadahi and roast for 15-20 minutes in low to medium flame

After nearly 20 minutes, when the halwa turns to Golden brown,add milk

When the milk starts boiling well,add sugar & keep on mixing on high flame,when the halwa starts appearing semi dry,put off the gas after sprinkling dry fruits over it

The tasty bottle gourd halwa is ready to serve.
