Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsRice
  2. Eggs
  3. Carrots
  4. Green beans
  5. Green peas
  6. Green scotch bonnet
  7. Cayenne pepper
  8. Onions
  9. Curry
  10. Thyme
  11. Cow leg (or any other meat)
  12. Seasoning
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Vegetable oil

    Boil your rice and set aside

  3. 3

    Place your pot on fire, add little oil and break your eggs into it. Do not whisk the egg before pouring into the pot. Add a pinch of seasoning and pinch of thyme and stir continuously let it scatter. Pour it into a bowl and and set aside.

    Slice onions and other vegetables. Add little oil in the pot on fire, pour in your sliced onions, green beans, carrots, green scotch bonnet, cayenne pepper, little curry and the fried eggs. Stir to fry for a minute.

    Add salt to taste, 3 cubes of seasoning, minced ginger, sliced cow leg and stir gradually for it to fry for some minutes.

    Add your cooked rice and stir together. Pour in your green peas and cover to steam for 3mins.
