Meat with any vegetables is a healthy and yummy combination. This dish is full of some sour and spicy flavours.

In a pot heat the oil and add ginger garlic paste. Cook until it gets golden brown colour.

Add tomato paste and puree both. Mix well then add beef strips and all dry spices.

Cook well until oil separates from gravy. Now add water, cover with lid and cook until beef becomes tender.

Add soya sauce and vinegar and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add veggies and cook for more 5-7 minutes. Garnish with green onion. Serve hot.
