I came up with this recipe as a way to use up very ripe or leftover bananas.

Put all the ingredients except for the flour and baking powder in a food processor, and blend until smooth.

Put the mixture into a bowl and sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix everything together, taking care not to over mix.

Bake at 180ºC (350ºF) for 10-12 minutes. When a skewer poked through comes out clean, they are done.
