Ingredients

Makes about 15 oz’s
  • 5medium jalapeños Seeded and chopped
  • 2habanero seeded and chopped
  • 2 cupswhite sugar
  • 2/3 cupwhite vinegar
  • Pinchkosher salt
  • Halfa pouch of certo liquid fruit pectin

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all veggies to a food processor and pulse until minced

  2. 2

    Add sugar, salt and vinegar and bring to a slow boil for about 10 minutes

    Add the pectin and simmer for an additional couple minutes

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and cool slightly for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add to a canning jar or your preference and store in the fridge.
