Chocolate Pretzel Cookies

I love the shapes of pretzels but I didn't have a suitable cookie cutter. Still, I was able to I make these cookies easily by piping out the dough from a pastry bag.
It's fun to pipe the dough out. The cookies will look cute even if you can't make perfect shapes. Recipe by nyonta.

Put the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl, and mix well.

Add the egg yolk and mix.

Sift the cake flour and cocoa powder together. Add them into the mixture and mix.

You're done making the cookie dough.

Put the dough into a pastry bag with a 5 mm plain tip. Pipe out the dough as the photograph shows.

Bake in a preheated oven at 340F/170℃ for about 10 minutes.

Let them cool down completely. Coat with chocolate or whatever you like to finish!
