Tortillas ♪ Wrap Anything You Like ♪

I had a hard time finding store-bought tortillas, so I thought I would try making my own.
The cooked tortillas dry out easily, so make them right before you eat. When they're done, cover with a wet towel or wet paper towels. Recipe by syusyusyu

Steps
- 1
Combine bread flour, vegetable oil, and salt in a bowl. Carefully add the hot water a little bit at a time and knead with your hands until the dough has a soft texture (about the texture of your earlobe).
- 2
When the dough is elastic and comes together, wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 3
Roll the dough into 4 balls. On a surface dusted with bread flour (not listed), use a rolling pin to roll out each portion to about 15 cm.
- 4
Heat a frying pan to medium. Without putting oil in the pan, cook the tortillas one at a time. When the tortilla is lightly browned and starts to puff up a little, flip and cook the other side the same way.
- 5
Wrap your favorite meat and vegetables in the tortillas and take a huge bite. The tortilla in the photo is filled with Cheese Yakiniku. It's really delicious! Try other combinations too, like chicken karaage with lettuce and mayonnaise.
