Ingredients

1000ml/1 Lt. Coconut water
8 tbsp.Milled Chia seeds
450 g- 600g Raspberries
8bananas
200 g- 300g Runny Honey

Steps

Blitz in a Nutri Ninja Blender etc. for about 4 times and place each One blitz in a large mixing bowl - stir - with a long handled Ladle incorporate together.

Ladle into a glass drinking container,mug.May need a teaspoon to eat it,or can dilute it a little with more Coconut water if you have any.
