Steps

Boil all veggies in a pan for 10 -15 min on low flame by adding 2 glasses of water and salt.When veggies cooked and water reduced off the flame.

After boiling heat kadai add butter,cumin seeds just saute and pour boiled veggies soup into it.

Now with the help of wok mash veggies roughly and add moncho soup sachet stir continuously for some minutes

Then off the flame transfer to a serving cups grate paneer and garnish soup with it.Serve hot with sauces of your choice.
