Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips like French fries. Boil them for 5 minutes, then drain and place in a bowl. Add cornstarch, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.

In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add finely chopped garlic, green chilies, and sesame seeds. Sauté for a minute. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and green onion tops. Cook for a few minutes. Add all three sauces, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and a little water. Mix well.

Add honey, then add the fried potatoes. Stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes, tossing constantly.

Transfer to a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion tops. Your spicy, tangy, and sweet Honey Chili Potato is ready to serve.
