1 tablespoonbaking powder
Pinchsalt
3 tablespoonsoil
3/4 cupwater

Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

Combine both till a smooth mixture of achieved

Get your flat non stick frying pan

Drizzle oil

Fry on a low heat

When a side is done flip to the other side till a golden brown colour is achieved

You can drizzle a syrup to eat or even put ice cream on top of it. Here’s your fluffy pancake.
