Mix ingridients of patti n make stiff dough. cover it with cloth n Allow it to rest for 1/2 hr.

Grind ingredients under for grinding masala. Heat oil in a pan n add spices of potato masala n roast on slow flame for 1-2 minutes. Now add grounded masala into it n roast for 1 minute. Now add boiled, peeled n mashed potatoes n mix well. Switch of the gas n allow it to cool completely.

Now make 6 balls of dough n cover it with cloth n allow to rest for 10 more minutes. After 10 minutes roll each one in oval in shape n cut into half.

Now make cone of each patti according to pics n seal it with water. Now fill it with potato mixture.

Close patti to give perfect shape n seal with water.

Heat oil for frying in kadhai n fry 4 at a time on slow flame. It will take 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with chutney.
