Hot n Sour Soup 🌶😋
A soup I can never say no to... 😋😋😋
Steps

For broth dump chicken, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, white pepper & 12- 14 glass of water in a pot n let it cook for 15, 20 mins.. now strain the broth... discard onion n garlic... & shread the meat of chicken n keep it aside.

Now add half blended sweet corns to the broth n let it cook on low flame.

Now add slightly beaten eggs to it n keep stirring..

Now add soya sauce, vinegar, ketchup, chilli garlic sauce n hot sauce to the soup n mix it well... let it cook for 5 mins on low flame..

Now mix cornflour, paprika powder n chicken powder in a bowl n dissolve it in a half to 1 cup of water... n add it to the soup n keep stirring meanwhile.

Now in a frying pan add 1 tbsp of butter than boneless chicken along with salt n pepper... fry it until it change its color n water dries up n add it to the soup.

Now in same pan add 1 tbsp of butter again n saute sliced Mushrooms.. than add it to the soup too.

Now add all the vegetables n mix it well.. cook it on low flame for 5 to 10 mins n serve hot with Crackers 😋
