Steps

In a pan add in your diced to tomatoes, onion and scotch bonnet. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and allow to cook On low heat. Whisk your egg and set aside.

Add in your spices and seasoning. And 1 serving spoon of water. Stir and allow it to cook.

Pour in your egg with the diced green pepper and keep stirring until the egg is done.

Your egg sauce is ready to br served. Served min with fried yam.
