Knead dough bit tough by mixing maida suji salt ajwain oil and rest for 5 minutes

Take kadai add oil put jeera chopped onion and saute till golden brown add mashed potatoes and peas add all spices

Take small portion make round and divide into two halves Put masala in it and make it into triangle

Fry in oil on medium flame till golden brown
- 5
Samose ready to serve with chutney
