I wanted to make low calorie cookies.

Bake the cookies until they are firm!
They'll take around 25 minutes to finish if they are thick. They will have a nice golden colour, but if you'd prefer them to be pale, bake for longer at 160 - 170°C. Their crispiness will vary depending on the kind of margarine you are using. Recipe by kkomugi

Ingredients

40 servings
  • 80 gramsCake flour
  • 60 gramsKatakuriko
  • 35 gramsSugar
  • 35 gramsMargarine (salted)
  • 35 gramsMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2

    Roll the dough out to a thickness of 2 mm and cut out the cookies. Line them up on a baking tray. (If the dough is too soft to cut, put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.)

  3. 3

    Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes to finish.

  4. 4

    Bake until the cookies have lost their moisture for a crispy finish!
