Take Maida, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl (Pass all the ingredients through a sieve before transfer to bowl). Mix them well.

Take milk & lemon juice in a bowl. Let the milk curdle for 10 minutes. After that add oil to the curdled milk.

Add powdered sugar (pass the ingredients through a sieve) to the curdled milk. Mix them well for 4-5 minutes.

After mix, add mixed dry ingredients which are prepared before and then mix them lightly.

After mix, add vanilla essence & then again mix it well. Now batter is ready.

Take a cake tin, then grease the cake tin with oil. Pour the batter to the cake tin. Tap the tin two to three times to remove any air bubbles.

Garnish the top of the batter with chopped dry fruits. After garnish, cake is ready to bake.

Take a big vessel to bake the cake. Then add salt in it. Keep a stand on the salt.

Keep the vessel on a medium flame for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, place the cake tin in the vessel.

Now cover the vessel & bake the cake for 40-45 minutes on medium-low flame. After 40-45 minutes, remove the cover and use a stick (toothpick) to check whether it is ready or not.

Now switch off the flame & let it cool down. After cooled, remove the cake from the tin & then enjoy it.
