Take a vessel add finely chopped palak onions, coriander green chillies add all masalas.

Now add Jowar Atta and mix well. Add little water. Dont add much water. Make little thick batter. Keep non-stick tawa. Add little oil. When it gets hot, spread the batter with ladle. Cover it for 3 to 4 mins.

Flip the side when it turns golden. Cook for some more time.

Serve hot with some chutney or sauce.
