Ingredients

  1. 1small green cabbage, shredded (around 4 cups)
  2. 1/4 cupmayonnaise (I use mct based, homemade)
  3. 2 tbspwhite vinegar or ACV
  4. 1/8 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  6. 1 tbsppowdered sweetener (I use monkfruit)

Cooking Instructions

    Shred cabbage, finely shred. Salt. Massage to break. Let rest until it starts to loosen liquid. Repeat salt and massage. Let rest again. When you press a fistful and the cabbage releases drops, it's
    ready.

    Mix all the other ingedients to firm dressing.

  3. 3

    Pour dressing and mix well. Taste and correct dressing if needed.

  4. 4

    Let rest at least 1 hour in the fridge for flavors to combine.
