1/2 headmedium green cabbage, finely sliced
1small carrot, peeled and julienned
1small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cmayo
1/4 csour cream
1 Tlemon juice
1 Tapple cider vinegar
1/2 tspcelery seed
1 tspDijon mustard
to tastesalt and pepper
1 Tsweetener, optional

In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and onion.

In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to cabbage mixture and toss well. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving.
