Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  2. 3 tbspapple juice
  3. 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  4. 1 tbspdijon mustard
  5. 3/4 tspcelery seed
  6. 1/2 tspgrated lemon zest
  7. 3 cupsshredded green cabbage
  8. 1 1/4 cupsshredded carrots
  9. 1 cupshredded red cabbage

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine mayonnaise, apple juice, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, celery seed, grated lemon zest in a large bowl. Mix well.

    Add cabbage & carrots. Cover with lid. Shake until salad is coated.

    Serve.
