Gajrella (Gajjar ki kheer)

Wash rice and soak for half an hour.

Then Boil milk and add rice into it.

Boil it till rice becomes very soft.

Grate carrots and mix into milk mixture.

Cook till carrots become soft.

Now slowly mix rice and carrots together.

Add sugar, cardamon and raisins.

Cook till mixture thickened and desired consistency achieved.

Dish out and let it cool. Decorate as you want and serve chilled.
