In a bowl add 1 cup yellow moong dal. Wash two times & soak it for 2 hours in enough water.

After two hours drain out the water add 1" ginger piece and 1 green chili. Grind them into a fine paste.

The batter looks thick. So add 1/4 cup water from the grinder jar. Add salt to taste, cumin powder & garlic powder. Mix well.

Heat up a Tawa on moderate heat. Add 2 drops of oil, wipe it with tissue then add 1 big spoon of batter and spread all around.

Drizzle some oil upon that. Spread 1 tbs schezwan chutney upon that & grate some paneer.

After 1 min. Fold it carefully and take it out on a plate. Moong dal chilla is ready to serve.

Serve hot with Tomato coconut chutney and enjoy with a cup of Tea.
