Add leftover dal and gramflour with 1/2 cup water.and make batter the help of mixer.

Add chopped coriander leaves and green chill to the batter.

Add salt, red chilli powder and mix.

Heat a pan and add oil. Spread the batteron the pan.

Secure until golden on both sides. Serve with green chutney.
