Homemade Pain au Chocolat

Mix the coconut oil and half-and-half cream together.

Add the baking powder and flour.

Mix until you have a dough that is not sticky.

Form the dough into a ball, then roll it out and cut into 4 strips.

Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
