First up: Finely & Thinly Slice or Grate the Raw Papaya- That’s need to be well washed, Cleaned & its seeds are all scoured through, before slicing it finely & thinly

In a saucepan: Add in the measured water & sugar proportions- Allow it to melt down & get blended a bit with everything, at this point- Add in the saffron strands (if you choose to), mix everything well together again

Once done: Turn off the flame and allow it to sit on the hot oven with its lid on for the next 3-5 mins time before transferring it to an airtight container, for its proper storage

After transferring it to an airtight container for its storing purpose: in the refrigerator- Allow it to cool down completely & then put on its airtight cover well for its better storage & longer shelf life
